For performance and creative agencies

More creative out the door. No new hires.

The systems that research a category, produce on-brand ad creative, and stop AI inventing claims. Installed into your own stack, run on every client you have.

The problem

Creative output is capped by the size of your team.

by hand

  • Brand setup redone for every new client
  • First-draft statics eat a designer's day
  • Assets resized by hand per placement
  • Claims checked late, or not at all
  • Capacity capped at headcount, leaving when they do

installed

  • Brand extracted once, locked as tokens, reused everywhere
  • A product page in, launch-ready drafts out, copy written
  • Output arrives sized and named for its placement
  • Unsourced numbers blocked before they reach a draft
  • Runs on every client, and stays yours

Hiring adds throughput one salary at a time. Renting a tool ends the day you stop paying. An install is one-time, and it stays.

A short letter

I run this on my own, and I am not going to pretend otherwise.

I spent a year doing creative work where the thinking took minutes and the production took the week. So I built systems for the repetitive half: brand setup, first-draft statics, claim checking. I use them daily on real client work. That is the only reason they are worth installing.

Truth Layer is free because it carries the idea I most want to spread: no number ships unless it can be sourced. It is also why this page has no testimonials or results figures. I do not have them yet, and I will not invent them.

FAQ

Asked and answered.

Who is it for?

Performance and creative agencies running ecommerce clients, and in-house ecom teams already working with AI tooling. If your creative output is capped by how many people you have rather than by ideas, this is built for that problem.

What actually is a skill pack?

A set of instructions and reference files that teaches your AI assistant to do a specific job properly, built to the Agent Skills open standard. You install it into your own setup, the same way you would add an extension. It is not a product you log into and it does not call home.

Do I need to be technical to install one?

For the packs, you need to be comfortable putting files in a folder. That is the level. If you would rather not, the install tiers exist precisely so I do it with you and fit it to how your team works.

What do I actually own?

The licence that ships with every pack lets you use it commercially, on your own work or your clients', with no limit on the number of projects, no seat count and no expiry. You can modify it for your own use. You cannot resell or redistribute it.

Why is one of them free?

Truth Layer stops AI inventing statistics in your copy, and I would rather that idea spread than earn $79. It is also the fastest way to see whether the way I build these is worth paying for.

Does this replace my creative team?

No, and I would not sell it that way. It removes the repetitive production work that eats their week: first-draft statics, brand setup, claim checking. The judgment about what is worth making stays with your people.
